Funds added to your account can be used to launch scrapers or purchase ready-made company data from our store. All transactions are final, and it is your responsibility to ensure sufficient balance is available before using any service.

If we detect any suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend access to services and block further payments at our sole discretion.

This includes any reasonable legal, accounting, or other professional fees incurred by Red Rock Tech in connection with such claims. You agree that the Company may, at its discretion, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

Since services are available only after balance top-up, no outstanding payments can exist at the time of termination.

We do not refund any unused balance remaining in your account upon termination of the agreement, whether initiated by you or by Red Rock Tech.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny any current or future use of our services for any reason at any time, and to delete all your data stored on our services.

17. Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service, along with any policies or operational rules posted by us on this site or related to the Service, represent the complete agreement and understanding between you and Red Rock Tech.

This agreement supersedes all prior communications or agreements (oral or written), including earlier versions of these Terms. Any ambiguities shall not be interpreted against the drafting party.

22. Refund Policy

All payments made to Red Rock Tech are final and non-refundable. This applies to all services, including but not limited to balance top-ups, data scraping requests, and purchases from our data store.

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: service dissatisfaction, unused balance, account termination (voluntary or due to violation of Terms), or inability to access the service due to third-party limitations or technical issues beyond our control.

However, if you completed a purchase but, due to a technical issue on our end, the requested data was not delivered or a paid action failed to process correctly, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and either provide you with the purchased data via email or make it available for download in your account dashboard.

By using our services and submitting payment, you agree to this strict no-refund policy.
